Obituary for Victor S. Kunder (Chaddanna)
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Victor Sadananda Kunder, affectionately known as Chaddanna, who left us on May 28, 2024, at the age of 85. Born on December 15, 1938, Mr. Kunder lived a life filled with love, dedication, and unwavering faith.
A cherished member of the UBM Jubilee Church in Udupi, Victor S. Kunder was not only a devoted husband and father but also a pillar of his community. His steadfast commitment to his faith and his community service endeared him to many, and he leaves behind a legacy of compassion and kindness.
Victor is survived by his beloved wife, Mrs. Jayanthi Kunder, and his two children, Joslin and Gladson, who were the light of his life. His family, friends, and all who knew him will forever remember his generous spirit and the warmth he brought to their lives.
Throughout his years, Victor exemplified the virtues of humility and dedication. He was known for his gentle demeanor, his readiness to help others, and his profound sense of duty towards his loved ones and his faith community. His contributions to the UBM Jubilee Church were numerous, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
The mortal remains of Victor S. Kunder will be kept at his residence, Ashirvad, located on Indiranagar Road, Kukkikatte, Udupi, after 1:00 PM on May 28, 2024, for family and friends to pay their last respects. The funeral cortege will depart from the residence at 4:00 PM on May 29, 2024, proceeding to the Udupi Cemetery, where the final rites will be performed at 4:30 PM.
