Mr. Purushothama Praveen Jathanna, aged 56, went to be with the Lord on 22 June 2024. Born on 29 July 1968, he lived a life marked by devotion, love, and service. He was the beloved husband of Aneetha Jathanna and a devoted father to Angelin Preethika Jathanna. His parents, Vasanthi Jathanna and the late Samuel Jathanna, raised him with strong values that he carried throughout his life. Mr. Jathanna was a cherished member of the C.S.I. Christha Vandana Church in Pangala Gudde, where his faith and community involvement left a lasting impact.
His passing is deeply mourned by his family, friends, and the broader community who admired his dedication and kind spirit. Mr. Jathanna’s mortal remains will be kept at their residence in Zion Adarsha Nagara, Uliyargoli Kalya, Kaup, Udupi, allowing loved ones to pay their final respects. On 23 June 2024, the funeral cortege will depart from his residence at 3:45 PM, proceeding to Pangala Cemetery for the burial at 4:00 PM. This solemn journey marks the final farewell to a man whose life touched so many.
