Naveen Devaprasad Amanna, loving husband of Shaila Amanna and a cherished member of his community, embarked on his final journey to be with the Lord on November 3, 2023, at the age of 65. His mortal remains will be placed at the family residence in the serene Amanna Compound, Korangrapady, Udupi.
A man of diverse talents and a warm-hearted personality, Naveen Amanna left an indelible mark in the lives of those who had the privilege of knowing him. He dedicated a significant portion of his life to serving the Weavers Society, contributing his time and skills to the betterment of his community. One of his remarkable talents was his exceptional ability to play the clarinet, and he often graced the church services with his melodious performances. His music uplifted the spirits of all those who gathered to worship, making the spiritual experience truly enchanting.
Naveen was not only a virtuoso on the clarinet but also a master of stage decorations. His creative touch was evident in every church event, especially during the joyous harvest season, where he and his dedicated team would transform the church into a breathtaking spectacle of colors and beauty. Through his artistic talents, Naveen enhanced the festive spirit and brought joy to the hearts of all those who participated in these celebrations.
Beyond his talents, Naveen was known for his infectious sense of humor and his gift of making people smile. He was a fun-loving individual who had a knack for cracking jokes and brightening the atmosphere wherever he went. For many, Christmas carols will never be the same without his jovial presence, as he made the holiday season even more special with his laughter and merriment.
The funeral cortege will depart from the family residence at 4:00 PM on Saturday, November 4, 2023, proceeding to the Udupi Cemetery for the final farewell at 4:30 PM. Family and friends are invited to join in this solemn procession to pay their last respects to a man who touched the hearts of so many.
