We gather today to remember and honor the life of Kunjamma George, the beloved wife of K.V. George, who served as the Works Manager at Chamundi Coffee Works, Chikmagalur. Kunjamma was a woman of immense faith, love, and dedication to her family, and her life stands as a profound testimony to God’s faithfulness. Throughout her journey, she faced life’s trials with a heart firmly rooted in biblical faith, emerging as a beacon of prayer and devotion.
Kunjamma’s life was marked by her unwavering trust in God, which guided her every decision and action. She was not only a devoted wife but also a nurturing mother and a pillar of strength for her family. Her legacy of prayer, love, and faithfulness has touched countless lives, and she will always be remembered by those who were blessed to know her. Her quiet strength and profound spirituality made her a source of comfort and inspiration to many, and she was widely regarded as a woman of prayer. Her life impacted many who sought her counsel, comfort, and prayers.
As we celebrate her life, we take comfort in the knowledge that heaven rejoices at the homecoming of its cherished daughter. Kunjamma is survived by her devoted husband, K.V. George, and their loving children and families:
- Jeji George, married to Beena Jeji, and their three children: Daniel, Abigail, and Rachel.
- Jelly, married to Jacob Kurian, and their two children: Joshua and Joanna.
- Gemini, married to Bindhu, and their children: Joel and Jemimah.

Departure of the dear oned from this earth is of course painful for all the family members, friends and well-wishers.
For Kunjamma aunty we were so dear to her and she always greeted us with her enchanting smile. I never missed her during my frequent trips to Chikmagalur.
She had the greatest hope of being with her Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ one day Or the other. Now, she is in His presence free from all the painscand worries.
One word to dear uncle and other family members :
There is nothing to be regretted about Aunty’s absence. In fact, she has received all the love and care from all of you all the time. She has just responded to the Home call of her Lord at the right time. Let us continue our lives with the fond hope of meeting her along with our Saviour Lord Jesus Christ.
We pray for heavenly comfort and peace of mind to all the grueving members of the family.
