It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Mrs. Preeda Leena Anchan, aged 93, who departed from this world on September 1, 2023. She passed away peacefully at her residence in Korangrapady, Udupi, leaving behind a legacy of love, compassion, and strength.
Born on August 1, 1930, Mrs. Preeda Leena Anchan was a beacon of light in the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know her. She was a devoted member of the CSI Christha Jyothi Church in Korangrapady, where she found solace in her faith and forged lasting friendships.
Mrs. Preeda Leena Anchan was a loving wife to the late Lt. B. R. Anchan and a doting mother to her children. Her dedication to her family knew no bounds, and her nurturing spirit left an indelible mark on her grandchildren, who cherished her wisdom and kindness.
Funeral services for Mrs. Preeda Leena Anchan will be held on September 2, 2023. The procession will depart from her residence at “Vathsalya,” 76 Badagubettu, Bailoor, Udupi, at 3:30 pm, and will proceed to the cemetery, where the final rites will be conducted at 4:00 pm.
